Regulatory and voluntary Certification
Ineris certifies equipments and systems regarding the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, (which replaces Directive 94/9/EC), Machinery Directive and also the associated services as the installation, maintenance, repair and overhaul of ATEX equipment and certification regarding functional safety.
Ineris is also notified for the certification of explosive products and pyrotechnical articles according to Directives 2014/28/EU which replaces Directive 93/15/EEC (Explosives for civil use) and 2013/29/EU (Pyrotechnical Articles), the classification of dangerous goods according the French rules “TMD”, the certification for the people who install lightning protection and certification in the field of new technologies
