UE Certification - Explosives and Pyrotechnical articles
Ineris is Notified Body according to the Directive 2014/28/UE on the harmonization of the provisions on the placing on the market and supervision of explosives for civil uses, and according to the Directive 2013/29/UE relative to the placing on the market of pyrotechnical articles.
1. Explosives for civil uses and Pyrotechnical articles regulation:
The Directive 2014/28/UE concerns the placing on the market and the supervision of explosives for civil uses: detonator, detonating cord, propellant, black powder, mining explosive, shaped charge for oil well, etc.
The Directive 2013/29/UE concerns the placing on the market of pyrotechnical articles: firework, pyrotechnical article for theater, pyrotechnical article for vehicle and other pyrotechnical articles.
